Datapros performed exactly the way they promised they would. Data was recovered in a timely fashion and for the estimated price. It's great to have a place in Edmonton that can provide this service.

Datapros is a top notch customer service centre. They recovered my hard drive and even took the initiative to see if cloning my laptop was feasible. Thankfully it was. I recovered all my data and they even managed to restore my laptop. Shortly after 2 weeks had passed my primary laptop's mother board failed. Thank goodness I had all my data backed up and a backup laptop operational. Datapros saved the day!

I had a USB stick with a lot of teaching materials on it that was not fully backed up - and it became unreadable. Was afraid I had months of extra work ahead of me to recreate them. DataPros were able to retrieve virtually everything within a week. Great to know this is possible!

My USB stick required formatting and I would loose all my data and I was worried because I had all my reading material saved onto it. Datapros were extremely helpful and recovered it all which was amazing! They have exceptional customer service, are very very reasonably priced. Other places wanted to charge 500 to 2500 dollars. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back for any other issues!

My 9 year old iMac finally packed it in and of course, I hadn't backed it up in ages. The techs at a local Mac store said I was out of luck for getting any data recovered and that I should just leave the whole computer there for recycling. When my 24TB Raid went down I was 2 episodes into a 12 episode series. With the help of Datapros not only did I get my complete raid rebuilt I never missed the delivery of one episode which could have been catastrophic.
